Ayurvedic Weekend Retreat

Not sure if Ayurveda is for you? This weekend gives you a genuine taste without a big time or financial commitment. You'll receive an initial consultation with one of our Ayurvedic doctors, followed by a personalised treatment plan for your two days — typically including Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara (warm oil on the forehead), and Pinda Sweda (herbal compress). All food is prepared according to your constitution. By Sunday evening, most guests report feeling noticeably calmer, lighter, and more themselves.
