About this retreat
Five days of serious training in one of the most beautiful environments on Earth. This is not a gentle wellness retreat. It's a structured fitness programme designed to challenge you and leave you measurably stronger.
Mornings start at 6am with beach training — HIIT, strength circuits, ocean swimming. Afternoons include a nutrition masterclass, recovery session, and cooking workshop. A sports nutritionist is present throughout the programme.
Fitness level: You should be able to run 5km. You don't need to be an athlete.
