Most yoga practitioners spend years with asana before they really work with the breath. This 5-day intensive puts pranayama at the centre, and everything else — asana, meditation, theory — supports it. You'll learn Nadi Shodhana, Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Ujjayi, Sitali and Khechari. More importantly, you'll understand why each one works and how to build a personal pranayama practice you'll actually maintain. Set in Dharamsala with views of the Dhauladhar range, this is a serious programme for serious practitioners.
